Delivery dates supplied are a best estimate only and subject to delays. All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign,Indian Post will leave your parcel at the closest Indian Post Office. We do not offer an “Authority To Leave” option.
International orders
FREE shipping for orders over 20,000₹
3000₹ worldwide flat rate for shipping orders under 20,000₹.
Delivery timeframe is 10-15 business days depending on your location. International orders are shipped with our service partner, Indian Post.
Please note, international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duty fees and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. STYL is not responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival.

Change of mind returns
We understand that your purchase may not be suitable, and you may wish to return your purchase for an exchange, credit note or refund. We want this process to be as easy as possible so we kindly ask you email our customer care team at certifiedwestside12@gmail.com to request a return authorisation number.
We offer exchanges, credit notes and refunds on full priced products subject to the below conditions.
- You have been provided a return authorisation number by our customer care team.
- Items are returned to Certified Westside within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items are in their original, as-new condition with all tags attached. Any garment that has be worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be accepted. Please be careful when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any make-up stains or that smell of perfume.
Exchange
- To request an exchange please contact our customer care via email at certifiedwestside12@gmail.com to receive a return authorisation number.
- Please allow up to 10 days to receive your exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of when the item is received by STYL.
Please note
- Certified Westside will assess the goods to determine whether they meet the above conditions for return. Certified Westside reserves the right not to approve a return if the goods do not meet the above conditions.
- Goods must be packed securely in a postage bag together with your original invoice and returns form.
- Certified Westside does not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended customers purchase a Registered Post sticker from Indian Post for tracking purposes.
- The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges, we do not refund the shipping fee.
